Content Policy

At 3DFav (operated by ARCAOR LLC), we respect intellectual property rights and maintain strict standards regarding the content produced, displayed, and sold through our platform. This Content Policy governs all digital models, designs, artwork, and merchandise concepts submitted by independent creators, influencers, partners, or customers for 3D printing and commercial fulfillment.

We operate strictly under the laws of the United States, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Influencer & Creator Merchandise: All custom merchandise sold in partnership with content creators and influencers is produced under valid commercial licenses or agreements. Creators guarantee that they own or hold the necessary rights to all logos, characters, catchphrases, and designs utilized in their products.

Authorized Production: 3DFav ensures that all STL files and 3D models used in our standard and premium collections (including our sub-brands TWYS and Figgora) are acquired legally with commercial usage rights from the respective 3D artists, sculptors, or campaigns. We do not tolerate or knowingly produce bootleg or unauthorized copyrighted material.

To comply with global financial regulations and payment processor rules (including Stripe), we strictly prohibit the manufacturing, distribution, or promotion of physical products containing any of the following content:

• Infringing Material: Content that infringes upon the intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights of third parties (e.g., unauthorized movie, video game, or anime characters without commercial licensing/rights).
• Illegal Activities: Content that promotes, depicts, or facilitates illegal acts, violence, or federal/state law violations in the United States.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
• Explicit or Exploitative Material: Highly explicit pornographic content, sexually explicit depictions of minors, or extreme graphic violence.

3DFav reserves the sole right to review all content submissions and incoming orders. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that a design or model violates this Content Policy, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel the order and issue a full refund before production begins.
• Remove the infringing product listing from our e-commerce platform immediately.
• Terminate partnerships with creators or influencers who repeatedly violate these terms.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content or product on 3dfav.com infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (the product URL);
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address;
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
