Thank you for shopping at 3DFav. Because our products are custom made-to-order using advanced 3D printing technology, we maintain a specific policy regarding refunds and returns to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Please note that all 3D-printed merchandise, custom scales, and collectible figurines are manufactured specifically for you upon order confirmation. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, accidental orders, or buyer's remorse.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Our Guarantee)

Your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the fragile nature of high-detail collectible resins during transit, items may occasionally sustain damage during shipping.

If your item arrives broken, significantly damaged, or defective, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us at support@3dfav.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your Order Number and provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

Once we review the photographic evidence, we will immediately initiate the production of your replacement item and ship it to you at no extra cost.

3. Canceling an Order

Since production often begins shortly after an order is placed, order cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
