Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Production & Processing Time
Unlike traditional retail stores, 3DFav does not mass-produce items in advance. Every item is printed, cleaned, cured, and quality-checked on-demand.
Standard processing and manufacturing time takes 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed.
During peak seasons or high-volume influencer product launches, production times may extend to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest quality for your models.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize reliable major US carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to fulfill deliveries.
Domestic Shipping (United States): Once shipped, domestic transit typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International transit times typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
3DFav (ARCAOR LLC) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. 3DFav is not liable for packages stolen after verified delivery. If a package is lost in transit (tracking stops updating before delivery), please contact us at support@3dfav.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a solution.
