By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

3DFav specializes in high-quality, physical 3D-printed merchandise and collectible figurines. You acknowledge that our products are custom-made or made-to-order. While we strive for perfection and use professional-grade resin and filament printing technologies, slight variations in finish, color, or minor surface characteristics are normal traits of 3D-printed items and do not constitute defects.

We hold proper commercial usage rights and licenses for all designs, character models, and STL files utilized in our production.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Our store features custom merchandise created in partnership with independent content creators, influencers, and digital artists. We are responsible for the physical manufacturing and fulfillment of these items. Any intellectual property associated with the influencers remains their own or licensed to us for production.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
